The Lord began working through Adam even before he was saved. When he was 13, Adam began playing the organ at River Road Baptist Church. At 15, Adam gave his life to Christ and was called to be the pianist / organist at College Park Baptist Church. During his senior year, he was blessed with the privilege to perform at NYC’s Carnegie Hall. Upon graduation from Palatka High School, Adam moved to West Palm Beach to pursue a degree in music performance. Adam began to feel the call of God upon his heart to return to his home town and in 2001, he became the Worship Pastor at Christ Independent Methodist Church (the Independent Methodist Church functions very much like that SBC and does not function in any way as the United Methodist Church) where he remained until 2010.
During the summer of 2005, Adam was afforded the opportunity to perform overseas in the beautiful country of Italy. While there, he realized that as a musician, his two biggest goals had been met: perform at Carnegie Hall and perform in the ancient churches of Europe. His next realization was that something was still missing…a family of his own. After seeking the Lord’s guidance and spending a good deal of time in prayer, Adam returned to the United States. In September of 2005, he met the woman who would become his wife- Kelly. Adam and Kelly were engaged that Christmas, married the following August and will celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary in August of 2013. As a family, their three greatest blessings are Austin, Hayden & Faith.
Adam & Kelly and their children began attending Cross Road Community Church in July of 2012 and have counted it all joy to be able to reunite in ministry with childhood friends, CRCC’s own Pastor Tim & Tonya Hall. Adam says he is “Beyond Excited to join the CRCC staff as their Worship Pastor!”
